Actor Refutes Anti-Vax Views Following Narrating Controversial Covid Documentary

Liam Neeson has given his vocal talents to a feature-length documentary that questions the legitimacy of immunizations and praises ex- cabinet secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr.

The Film's Provocative Origins

Named "Plague of Corruption," the documentary is adapted from a well-known publication published by a disgraced researcher, who rose to infamy during the pandemic for allegations that Covid was caused by a faulty batch of the influenza shot.

The publication's collaborator, the executive producer, has also written books with controversial media personality a known commentator. Heckenlively wrote online hailing Neeson's role in the project.

A Strong Denial

The team of Neeson have provided a statement strongly denying implications that he supports anti-immunization beliefs.

"Many acknowledge that corruption can exist within the drug industry, but that should never be equated to rejection of vaccines," the comment states. "He is not, and remains not, anti-vax. His considerable work with the global charity underscores his long-held support for worldwide vaccination initiatives."

It noted that the star did not shape the project's narrative and that questions about its claims should be directed to the filmmakers.

Major Assertions Within the Documentary

In the film, the narration read by Neeson features several controversial statements:

  • It states that pro-immunization voices have called for "complete compliance" to government bodies.
  • It posits that "medical science has become highly politicized."
  • Kennedy is featured claiming, "The major issue with vaccines is that they simply are not properly vetted."
  • The film takes aim at Covid lockdowns, saying they caused severe distress that cost thousands of lives.
  • Regarding Covid vaccines, it cites a perspective that they were "developed too quickly" and seen as "dangerous experiments."

Historical Controversy and Current Issues

It also references a historical film about clinical trials on children, which was later the subject of a BBC apology by the network for unbalanced reporting.

In recent weeks, Kennedy instructed the national health agency to alter its long-held position that there is no link between vaccines and autism. This claim is repeated in the documentary, even with a fresh analysis from the World Health Organisation stating no evidence has been found.

A Previous Position of Advocacy

Standing in contrast to the documentary's tone, Neeson has in the past voiced strong support for vaccines in his position as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador.

In 2022, he called vaccines as "a remarkable human success story," stating that "The conversation about vaccines in lately has overlooked how much good they have done... It is perhaps one of the biggest shared accomplishments in our history."

The film concludes with Neeson's script proclaiming, "This isn't the finish of our narrative. Rather, it is the start of a new chapter."
