The Gunners' ten-match winning run came to an end by Sunderland prior to the international hiatus, however will the Premier League frontrunners bounce back against north London rivals Tottenham this weekend?
"{I feel like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs manager Thomas Frank will have a plan for this game," stated soccer expert Chris Sutton.
"Frank will try to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating best this campaign - but Mikel Arteta's team typically still manage to win."
Sutton is forecasting results for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus artificial intelligence, fans and a variety of guests.
In week 12, he takes on singer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United supporter.
Murs' new album, the new release, is available on Friday.
Murs is a talented footballer as well as a successful artist and has been a star of several charity football games down the years - but he is not planning a professional comeback as a footballer.
"{I actually played in a charity game the other night for a friend of mine," he said. "My team was trailing 3-1 when I was substituted in the 60th minute, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I continue to love football, but I injured my knee a few years ago and it still isn't where I want it to be. I wish I could play more but the unpredictability of the game means it's too dangerous for me in my career to do it properly again.
"Additionally I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very happy not playing football and I am preparing for the moment that my child or boy chooses to play instead."
The singer and his spouse his partner have two children, Madison and Albert, and he is ready to follow in his father's footsteps by taking on the role of their manager.
"I will not push football on our children but I've previously told Amelia that if they do get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my coaching badges - and I will probably be managing their weekend football team," he said.
"I watched my nephews play a lot, and I really got into it, and I obviously owned a soccer team for a period too.
"My dad did it with us when I was a child, which is probably where I get it from. He coached our team for several seasons and had a wonderful time with it. That might be the next step for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Chelsea might have to wait a bit longer for their star's return from injury but their attack is now stronger with Joao Pedro and Delap both back fit.
In my opinion this game will be fairly close, however. The Clarets are disciplined and their sole at Turf Moor losses so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
It smells of a one-all tie to me, but I am actually going to go with the London side to edge it for what would be their third league win in a row.
The expert's forecast: 1-2
The singer's pick: Chelsea will be superior. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
Bournemouth have been defeated in their previous couple games - although both of them were on the road - but they got thoroughly beaten by Aston Villa last time out which shocked me.
In contrast, West Ham secured two in a row before the hiatus and, although both of those fixtures were at home, they appear competitive again.
West Ham's only away win this season came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when West Ham manager Nuno Espirito Santo was previously that team's coach.
So, what on earth do I predict here - will it be the Hammers continuing their streak under their manager, or the home side bouncing back?
I will choose the Cherries, because I think what happened against Villa was a anomaly.
Sutton's prediction: 2-0
The guest's outlook: The home team are doing well but West Ham have picked up under their boss. 2-2
AI's pick: 1-1
The Bees were seen as one of the frontrunners for the drop before the campaign began, but they have surprised a several observers under their manager and are in good form with three wins in their last four matches.
A family member advised me to select Brentford striker Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks back and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will probably find the net again on the weekend but I am still not going to select him or back Brentford at Brighton's ground.
They have not had great success on the travel this term, and the Seagulls are always decent at home. The visitors will attempt to hit them on the counter-attack but I think the home manager's side carry much more of a danger.
The analyst's prediction: 2-1
The singer's view: This could be a match where you think there is going to be a many scores but it actually turns out to be rather close. 1-1
AI's prediction: 2-1
It is a massive fixture for Fulham, who have lost five of their past six games.
They have have lots of quality in their squad but it nonetheless feels like they could be dragged into a drop zone battle.
As for the Black Cats, indeed they are the surprise package of the top flight season so far.
Their performance in the two-all tie with the Gunners last time out was excellent. We've not seen any other team disrupt the North London side like that this season, and they were fully competitive for them.
The logical choice to do to support the visitors here, because they are obviously able of roughing Fulham up too and, the last time they were in west London, they defeated the Blues at the end of October.
But I am not going to choose that. Instead, I really need to continue going against the away team with my predictions. I am claiming a lot of responsibility for their positive outcomes because they evidently enjoy to prove me wrong.
Looking at the home side's home form, the sole side they have been defeated by is Arsenal. Marco Silva's team will be extremely eager for a positive outcome, so I am going to say they will pick up three points.
Sutton's forecast: 1-0
The guest's choice: I know Sunderland are performing strongly and additionally that Fulham are on a poor streak... but Fulham have still been decent at home this campaign. 2-0
AI's outlook: 2-0
This is a hard one to predict. Liverpool have suffered seven of their past 10 matches in every tournament, but could they be among the teams who benefit from the {international break|
